My mission is to teach people how to honor their bodies and truly live a life of health and wellness in a way that brings them joy and doesn't feel like a chore or a diet. I believe we can thrive and live to over 100 years by treating our bodies and minds with love and compassion. We only have ONE body and taking care of it and feeling awesome can be so invigorating. When we love ourselves and treat ourselves with care, not only does our health improve automatically, but we lose weight, gain energy, sleep better, and LIVE better! I love showing others how simple this can be using movement, nutrition, and the FREE gifts of nature, such as water and oxygen. Working in this field and seeing clients' "breakthrough" is the most rewarding feeling for me and keeps me healthy too-- doing what I LOVE!
