A client should train with me because I focus on longevity. I focus on more than strength because I understand there is more to strength than how heavy one can lift. Mobility is important for strength training, but it is also very important for day to day activities throughout ones life. I also understand that every person has different goals, fitness experiences, bodies, and way they want to be coached and I want to help in the way YOU need.
A 30-45 minute workout that makes me feel confident in my body’s abilities is my favorite workout.
I enjoy eating all kinds of fruit whether it is fresh, in a smoothie, or as a topping on rice cakes.
