I have interned at a successful fitness center and through this experience, I have gained a whole new appreciation for fitness and what it means to be a personal trainer. I value the connection clients bring and the lessons they can teach me to better myself on a trainer level, as well as on a personal level.
I love any kind of weight training session at the gym, but my go-to is a back-focused workout.
I love cooking lean meats and vegetables. My favorite snack is apples and peanut butter.
I don't like many sauces/dressings. I'm not a fan of vegetables like broccoli or Brussels sprouts.
