My favorite workout would have to be a full body HIIT workout, I love working up a good sweat!
I really enjoy grilled chicken, salads, broccoli, fruit smoothies, bell peppers, avocados, and rice.
Unfortunately I am a picky eater so I dislike anything seafood related.
