My Mission

Strong body, strong mind: life can be hard sometimes, and in those moments we need toughness, resilience, and knowing that we can make it to the other side. What started as a requirement for readiness became therapy and daily affirmation. War gave me a load to carry that no one should ever have to; and with focused, consistent training, I've become more and more capable in carrying the load on my heart, as well as on my shoulders. I've never been stronger, and I've never been happier, because I know how to believe in myself, that my fear is in my head, and that it will take much more than I think it will to break me! I want to share my spirit, help you push past your own limits, and revel in YOUR strength!
