I have experience and knowledge to train clients. I come from an athletic background playing a high level of hockey for 20+ years where I trained with professional players. I have 5.5 years of experience working in the fitness industry in multiple disciplines. I also have a Kinesiology degree from the University of Guelph Humber and a Fitness/Health Diploma from Humber College.

It depends. Heavy lifting = hard rock; Running = EDM; Functional strength = country/old hip hop
Even with all of my upper body injuries (shoulders, back, elbow, concussion), I can still do pullups
