My Mission

I’m passionate about helping Men, over the age of 40, have it all. Success in business, success with your family, and success in your health and fitness journey. If you are like most people, you are super busy, have a ton of stress in your life, and find it hard to stay motivated to work out on your own. You likely also want to be physically active but may not know what to do and how to get the best results. Or maybe you just want to maximize your results and want to get in and get out because you have things to do. I get it... At 47, I own two businesses and have a family of eight kids. It’s busy. You have lots going on and I can help. Together, you and I will get you where you want to be. We will work as partners to remove barriers that would have otherwise prevented you from reaching your health goals. We will work on a recovery plan for when life happens (and it will), and I will hold you accountable for making the healthy choices I know you can make. Let's do this!
