I’ve worked with a huge variety of people from age 8 to 70, and have a sound understanding of assessing personal needs, but even more importantly I know how to provide an experience that they would never be able to find anywhere else especially from simply copying a program off of the internet. My engagement, cueing, programming, correctives experience, care, etc would not be found anywhere online.
A good “athletic” style cross training workout combining weightlifting & calisthenics is my go to.
Healthy, savory foods are my favorite. I’m not a picky eater, but a balance of natural foods is key!
