As a former athlete, I train clients just like I would athletes. Their bodies need to move in all sorts of weird directions and movements so they don't get injured. Myself having been through many injuries as well, I help people build from the ground up so they can feel their best even if they don't plan on playing any type of sport of game. We have one body so we should treat it as best as we can. With the everyday stresses on sitting for long periods, staring at our screens, I try to mitigate the problems we may encounter later on in life. I am a big fan of strength training, Hiit, and mobility and stretching. I love to incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, and band and bodyweight movements. If you like boxing, I can teach you a thing or two as I have boxed for a few years as well. The whole idea behind how I train you is to make it as fun as possible while getting you in the best shape of your life. I'm on a mission to help 1 million people to a healthier, more fit life!
Brendan's mantra
As a former athlete that has been through plenty of injuries, my goal for clients is to move and feel as great as possible. Other goals like losing fat and gaining muscle are great as well but neither are possible without building the foundation from the bottom up. We have one body and my goal is to keep it operating at its highest levels for as long as possible.
