As an ex-professional baseball prospect and an expert in holistic health and wellness, I have over 10 years of fitness, nutrition, and mental health experience. I have helped clients lose 20 pounds of unwanted weight while also helping clients gain 20 pounds of muscle and everything in between. My approach is simple yet effective and it is my passion and purpose to make a difference in people's lives through health and wellness.
