

There are a million definitions of "healthy", and even more information on how to be healthy. But most people making recommendations (especially online) don't clearly communicate what they mean when they say something is "healthy". I work with my clients to discover what healthy means to them, and to filter out the noise from recommendations that aren't relevant to that definition.
