But besides that, I care; I know how frustrating the number on the scale can be, and I understand the reasons that people get discouraged because I’ve been through it. I have a passion for physical and personal development and know that I can get my clients to where they want to be.
My go-to workout involves a rowing sprint, followed by a combo of calisthenics and weight lifting.
My healthy food of choice is grilled chicken on a bed of rice with spicy pistachios.
