I have personally been extremely self-conscious about my appearance in the past when I weighed 145 lbs as a 17-year-old (being 6’3). Through 10+ years of consistent weight training, I grew to 210 lbs and have more confidence than ever. I know the struggle of being scared to be in a gym and not knowing what workouts to do. It is my mission to make my clients comfortable and confident in and out of the gym.
My go-to workouts are powerlifting based on accessory exercises that improve a person’s physique.
Some examples are Eggs, bananas, oatmeal, chicken, rice, beef, peanut butter, salmon, and potatoes.
Some examples include Broccoli, olives, tofu, capers, plain chicken breasts, cherries, or salads.

My favorite genres are Rap/Hip Hop, R&B, & Hard Rock. Any 90s rap music turns me into a superhero.
Every year I make a fitness challenge for myself, like my 100-Day squat challenge, to test my will.
