There's a vast amount of information online making it near impossible to know where to start based off each individual's goals, abilities/limitations, and equipment availability. I'm good at being able to understand where people are coming from to develop a program that's realistic for them to follow, as well as taking in consideration their range of motion to prescribe exercises to fit their needs.
Total body session starting with speed/power, then big lifts for strength, and finish with endurance
I love to eat some grilled steak and also a variety of colors of fruit/veggies for vitamins/minerals
I'm not a huge fan of raw veggies but I eat them anyways because I know how good they are for me!
