A client should be comfortable training with who they believe is the best fit, I don’t believe in just handing out cookie cutter plans and not building a connection. I believe that in order to create a impactful training session mutual trust needs to be established and the only way to do that is to give each and every client your 100% effort.
My favorite workout is heavy weight training, especially shoulder presses
