Meet Coach Brandon

My Mission

My mission is to help others develop a passion for fitness like I have through learning about all facets of fitness. I strive to help clients achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible. I had my first taste of fitness and weight lifting through high school football and when I went to college I continued practicing an active lifestyle and it has developed into a passion that has changed the way I live.
