I have many through many instances that many reach out to trainers for- obesity, anorexia, bulimia, underweight, muscle wasting, and body dysmorphia. I put myself into the shoes of people and ask the questions "Why did I choose this?" and so forth. I try to feel their emotions and thoughts. I feel to be a better fit for a recovering anorexic than someone who was never in those shoes.
