I am 100% focused on you and your goals and they are just as important to me as they are to you, each plan is customized to your goals and I never do a "one size fits all" workout for anyone since we are all different and have different yet similar goals. If i was a client i would want to make sure I'm getting the most out of my dollar, and that is what i am here to provide for each client
My favorite exercise is Dumbell rows, they have always been my toughest, but make me the strongest
My go-to food is chicken parm I could eat it every day, but my sneaky cheat meal is always a PB& J!
