I have a great rapport with many clients in the past that I have trained. I have successfully helped many people lose weight, gain muscle, gain strength and create good habits. I have personally went through the weight loss and muscle gain journey and have progress pictures. I have comfortably trained in person with many clients and have lead multiple group training classes. I also make sure that my clients will be able to maintain their progress and are learning things as we train.
My favorite workout is an upper body workout and followed by an AB circuit! Stretching afterwords!
I love a refreshing and protein packed smoothie or shake! Also, chicken tacos are amazing!
There isn’t many, however, not a huge fan of brussel sprouts.

I love almost every music genre, however a good hip/hop or pop workout playlist works great!
