I got my CPT to help people achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be. Whether it be strength training, flexibility, weight loss, etc. I enjoy helping people reach those goals. I have noticed through the years that people want to exercise and be active but either don't know what to do and get lost, or need someone to push them a little bit to hold them accountable. I find enjoyment in meeting new people and coming together to help them reach their goals. My goal is to help you reach your goal and to be there to help motivate you and guide you and assist in any way I can.
