I am a people person. I love staying motivated and motivating others. I really listen to client needs and make a plan and any adjustments based on the individual and their current stance. I make sure the client is getting what they need to live an optimal life, rather it’s just fitness, or nutrition and mindset as well.
My go to work out would be Hitt, followed by Pilates then yoga! Yoga is my absolute favorite.
