I believe in 2 things when working with a new client: make it fun, and relate to them. I care for every client I work with, and want them to reach their goals. They must enjoy what they do to become consistent with it. Working with a coach provides accountability, guidance, and motivation for clients to stay on their fitness journey. It also provides a thought-out plan, experience, and tools to help them achieve their goals as best as possible.
My favourite workouts are full body strength focused, with a 10-15 min finisher to end sweating.
I love real food. No processed food - just real and basic. Cucumbers are my absolute favourite!
