Meet Coach Betty

My Mission

My mission is to help my clients reach goals they never thought were possible. I lost 30 lbs over the course of 9 months. Never in a millions did I think I would be able to reach this goal at age 31. After my weight loss experience I felt called to help others reach their goals. I’m super excited and committed to partnering with my clients. I believe that the right workouts, meals, coaching and encouragement will help achieve unimaginable results! .

As a teacher I’m patient with the world. I’ve seen things I thought would not change, change.

Clients should train with me because I offer great fitness expertise and accountability. I’m patient with myself and can only offer the same to my clients. I’m willing to put in the work learn their habits and offer my expertise on how to improve their lives. You can get workouts from anyone but you can’t get guidance tailored towards your needs. Its different when you have someone like myself guiding you through your journey. I check in, I advice, and I will hold you accountable.
