Because I am a great motivator and I get easily invested in the lives of my clients to understand more about them on a personal level rather than just being another “trainer” that they do not enjoy being around or hearing from. I desire to see change in not only the physical life of my client but in their mental health as well.

I HATE going on diets. If I can meet my exercise goal without dieting, I’m choosing that route!
