A client should feel very motivated and inspired to train with me, because I will push them and hold them to a certain standard with their goals and ideal life in mind. I will diagnosis their strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, pain and elevate their entire life. Fitness isn’t just physical. It’s more so mental than anything. I will help them push past their roadblocks internally and help them achieve the life they want.
My go to workout is a great warm-up, core routine, and a series of supersets and sprint intervals.
I love fish, sushi, filet mignon, angus burgers, smoothies, any type of fruit, and a lot of greens.
I don’t necessarily hate any food. I eat to fuel my body and my performance.
