I feel that I have more to offer in the sense of simply reading about an exercise. I can explain the “why” of an exercise and the muscles being targeted and how it should feel. The “gains” in the gym have not only improved my fitness and health but have carried over all aspects of my life. I am a good motivator and want to achieve your goals right alongside you. I can give you that extra push when you need it and give you expert advice on form and technique through good communication.
I prefer strength training programs. They keep you focused and disciplined. Can't go wrong w/ HIIT.
Foods I love to eat include chicken, avocado, and pineapple. Also enjoy a good salad, without fruit.
