My Mission

I am a trainer because I took too long as a kid trying to figure out how to get results. I saw one too many "10 ways to lose your love handles" articles. I hit one too many dead ends after trying to eat nothing but tuna fish and peanut butter. At some point, I started understanding how to apply the simple basics of fitness. I got great results and changed my life. Since then, I have been obsessed with learning more and helping others to take a shortcut through all of the information within the fitness industry. I have since earned a B.S. in Exercise Science, multiple NASM certifications, and continue learning in order to help my clients get their best results.

As your trainer, I promise to put results over hype, and fundamentals over fads. I also will never lie to you, except maybe about how much I can bench.

I love whole foods like beans, cauliflower, carrots, beans, avacado, brussel sprouts and beans.

Tomatoes, but only before they are ground up. Salsa=good, Tomato on hamburger=BAD
