I trail run because of the framework for personal growth and exploration (both personal and literal) it provides. Training for ultra marathons has allowed me to build confidence in myself, take care of my mental health, and has allowed me to see some absolutely incredible places that you can only reach on foot.
Collaboration and mentorship. Through my own experiences, I have found that the coaches I enjoy working with the most are the ones who educate. The one who explain why they are constructing a training plan a certain way and how it corresponds with my personal goals. I will always coach following this style and will do my absolute best to educate you and develop our training plans collaboratively.
