My life has been changed for the better by fitness. I have become a happier, better version of myself--but it took a long time to learn the ins and outs of a fitness lifestyle. I believe that with constructive guidance, consistent motivation, and a trainer looking to help and not hurt their clients, that any fitness goals can be crushed with hard work. I want to be that person for them. I want to motivate clients to be the best versions of themselves they can be by using my knowledge and skills.
My go-to workout are my hypertrophy and endurance leg days.
