If a client is a good fit for me, they should train with me for multiple reasons. First would be my knowledge and expertise in fitness. I have been training for 17+ years and have trained many people. I also have the ability to push someone past their comfort zones to reach their fitness goals.
Anything cardio that also includes body building. HIIT training.
Lots of fruit! Grass fed meats! Some vegetables. Clean organic foods with no chemicals or gmo's.
There's no healthy food I hate but too many vegetables can be a bad thing.
