A client in this situation should train with me because not only will they be getting first class treatment as my client, but they will also be given the attention and motivation needed to reach their goal. Leg day with core. Squats & core, RDL & core, single leg quad/hamstring movement, calf raises & core
Protein Oatmeal, grass fed chicken most fruits & veggies, sweet potatoes, cauliflower pizza, eggs.
Not a fan of cucumbers, certain types of pasta, blueberries and raspberries.

Honestly don’t listen to music unless it is playing at the gym.
I enjoy running long distances races such as ultras, 30+ miles I don’t listen to music while running
