I have 6+ years of experience as a "trainer", which has included lots of health and nutrition "coaching", not just on the workout floor training, and through this experience, I have developed the interpersonal skills to help motivate clients in a kind, empathetic manner, while also giving them the necessary, and personalized, "push" they need to achieve their goals.
