While there is an abundance of free information online, it takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to sort through what is actually useful and apply it to your own training. With my education and experience, I can take the guesswork out of the process so a client can focus solely on doing what they need to to reach their goals. Additionally, I treat every client as a friend, taking into account all aspects of their life so I can provide accountability and support.
