I don’t believe there is a one size fits all method. Everyone needs to be coached differently based on their level of experience/knowledge and personalities. I have coached hundreds of people and have learned how to adapt my style of coaching to fit the needs of the client. Using free solo information is possible but much more difficult. As mentioned in a previous question, there’s a lot of kid information out there that can be hard to figure out what is true. I have done that work for you already with my college education and certifications.
I love HIIT workouts. I love that there’s a short rest and a strong push.
