As a trainer, I am informed by my personal experiences. I have a long and complex movement history, ranging from my 15 years of training as a ballet dancer to my current pursuits as a powerlifter and trailrunner. I bring my knowledge of different movement disciplines to my clients, bringing them the best of everything I know to help them reach their goals. I also have had a wide range of experiences with body image, and again, use my experiences to inform the way I tackle hard things with my clients. I always seek to build an environment that is empowering, inclusive, and safe for all people. Finally, I am the biggest biomechanics nerd you'll ever meet, and build my knowledge of exercise science into each session to keep my clients safe, ensure that they will see results, and educate them, increasing their self-efficacy. The words that guide my practice are sustainability, accessibility, and inclusivity. I am here to help my client become the people they want to be, mind, body, and spirit.

The only sports team I've ever been on was an elementary school basketball team! We weren't good lol
