Because I have many movement tests to determine where our program should begin, what intensity it should be at, and what weaknesses we need to focus on more. I also have a life long experience in nearly every sport. Baseball, basketball, tennis, track, lacrosse, football, wrestling and mixed martial arts. So fitness is a big chunk of my life. I don’t really stop thinking about it. Therefore I’m always gonna keep elevating my level which results in me being a better trainer day by day.
My go to workout would have to be boxing/kickboxing with a combination of kettlebells.
Healthy food I love would be omelets & chicken salads.
I hate eating anything that’s too bland.
