One of my philosophies is that you should not prescribe a workout or exercise to anyone before doing it yourself. As a professional athlete I have done countless amounts of workouts and exercises. Therefore, not only do I know the correct way to do an exercise but I also know exactly how you are feeling throughout the exercises. I know when workouts will get tough and thats when I will help motivate you to get through them.
My go to workout is a speed session on the track followed by some lower body weights!
