Once I started studying to become a personal trainer I realized that there is so much misinformation out there’s different it’s almost impossible to sift through and find good information . I base my approach solely on proven facts, from unbiased studies. I believe that success in training is a struggle between body and mind, and both must be addressed for continued success!
My go to workout consists of shadow boxing, jumping jacks, push-ups, and burpees/sprawls!
I love protein shakes! (You gotta get the good ones though!)
I really hate spinach. (Popeye could never convince me.)
