It's being an overall, best version, of you. I used to struggle with fatigue, gut issues, headaches, and just an overall feeling of yuck. No energy, personality change, the whole 9-yards. I've trained kids all the way to geriatrics, sports specific, physical therapy, pain management, body building, mamas, prenatal, postnatal, group classes, spin, etc. All of that paired with my knowledge of nutrition and background in the medical field, I believe I can provide the best plan for whatever your goal is. I pride myself on being empathetic but also encouraging to you and not being afraid to give you the push you need to put in the work that's necessary.
