Assuming a client is a good fit for me, to me, says that we are able to connect on a personal level as well as a professional level. I think the most important thing to have with a client is trust so being able to develop that personal connection helps ensure a great client-trainer relationship.
Currently my favorite workout is a nice heavy lifting session although a good long run never hurts!
