Most overtrain or are brainwashed with false information on how they will achieve their fitness goals. Im going to simplify things for my client so they know how they can manage their calorie intake, meal timing, macros,ffmi calculator, strength standards, and tracking exercise sets+reps so they can get results. I don’t want people to waste their time and spin their wheels in the gym making no real progress wheels after week like most gym goers.
