Training is supposed to be personal and also relatable. I am both. I like to get to know my clients on a deeper level so I can understand what is going on in their lives that impacts their motivation levels and their adherence to our plan. I too have struggled with motivation, even being in this field, but I am here to give them the push they need to get back into the swing of things and fall in love with fitness again, as I have done.
