Having a Coach whom you can trust, someone who you feel comfortable opening up to, is so incredibly important. I aspire to be the type of Coach that clients can relate to, can trust, can depend on and who they can also call a friend. Fitness journeys can be hard, but I love nothing more than to celebrate each small success along the way with them!
