I think it is important to have confidence and knowledge when training and I have trained in multiple different settings, including clients online, group training, and 1 on 1 training. I want everyone to see my passion for fitness, but even more so, the respect and love I have for every individual. I want to push people past their limits, and I want them to enjoy it while seeing positive results.
A solid lifting workout (any muscle group) or a HIIT workout including lots of cardio and sprints
