I would say I’m different from other coaches. I grew up with three different learning disabilities so I think of more out of the box ways to reach goals and improve yourself overall. I’ve preformed postural assessments in order to target under active muscles and correct overactive muscles in order to correct muscle imbalances and help you reach your goals.
