My background in kinesiology and as a competitive and international athlete has allowed me to understand what is truly required from a trainer so that an athlete can be fully supported and equipped to train effectively and efficiently. I aim to incorporate strength, functional and mental strength training, along with education in nutrition for any individual with any fitness experience.
