A client should train with me rather than someone else or using free information online because I am able to create training programs that are customized to the individual and their training goals. If/when problems arise, I can help them trouble shoot to stay on track. I have the knowledge to provide the guidance they need without them sifting through cookie cutter programs and endless online training tips that do not suit them, their lifestyle, or their training wants and needs.
It definitely depends. I’ve been doing a lot of body weight training lately.
