I have heavy experience in physical therapy, where I learned the safest way to gain strength while also preventing injury. Along with my 2.5 years of experience in physical therapy, I also have a 4 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. I have not only sat in classrooms for years learning all I can about exercise science, but have real-world experience help patients gaining strength and am constantly learning and challenging myself with the upcoming information in fitness.
My go-to workout is a 45 minute HIIT workout with a good mix of strengthening and cardio exercises.
I love a good fruit salad or some fruit with peanut butter!
