Meet Coach Anthony

My Mission

My mission is to help people take that step on the path to a healthier life. Everyone goes at their own pace and I'm aware of that. I'm here to push you forward safely. Seeing people, young and old, gain the confidence and get excited about their progress is what fuels me to do this. What I've learned though is that this is a partnership. We will work together to see what works. We will work on getting your diet in check and the proper exercise. I need your commitment though. We can absolutely make this work.

We first want to do an assessment to see where the individual is at overall. Knowing where to start is essential. When we take that approach it let's the individuals program evolve based on their ability. We can shoot for fat loss, muscle building or overall increase in strength. It doesn't matter. We can work together to make sure there's progress and results.

    For myself I like HIIT training. Its not unusual for me to mix in supersets, kettlebells and bands.

    I try not to eat anything with a food label (ie. Processed foods). Love asparagus
