I feel I can be a good stepping stone into the fitness world. I can relate to a lot of clients who may be nervous or hesitant about fitness as I was in that position at one time. From experience with training clients in the past and currently, I am critical but understanding of a clients specific needs.
I love weight training I just think their is nothing like hitting the iron!
